All this is not counting the carnage happening among private, regional and local chains that have closed their doors, let alone the mom and pop shops I see closed all over my part of the world.

Lets face it, why pay a premium for mediocre, reheated food when you can get better at home?

Its tough dropping $40, $50, $60 a meal on something that doesnt impress you much, even when the cheap margaritas do.
